Brian P. Quirk




Brian concentrates his practice on personal injury defense and products liability, with an emphasis on pharmaceuticals and medical devices. He has extensive experience in asbestos, casualty, environmental and toxic tort, insurance, litigation management, document management, and electronic discovery, particularly in complex, multidistrict, and mass-tort litigation. Brian has served as local, regional, and national counsel in insurance defense, mass-tort, complex litigation, and class action suits. He is the managing member of the firm.
