PROFILE

Carlos works with major pharmaceutical and medical device clients on mass-tort litigation throughout all phases of the litigation process including discovery, expert workup, and trial preparation. He has worked with national experts to interpret and explain key litigation issues, prepare reports, and develop deposition and trial testimony. Carlos’ railroad practice includes the defense of employee lawsuits arising under the Federal Employers’ Liability Act as well as the defense of grade-crossing accidents, derailments, and trespasser claims. He also handles various premises liability lawsuits against property owners and merchants in slip-and-fall accidents.
