Dow Michael Edwards




Dow has experience handling defense assignments from insurers for a variety of matters ranging from catastrophic to less severe injuries. His railroad defense includes employee lawsuits arising under the Federal Employers’ Liability Act, involving both traumatic injuries and a variety of occupational injuries such as repetitive stresses, and asbestos and chemical exposures. His railroad practice also includes defending grade crossing accidents, derailments, and trespasser claims. Dow served as a judicial clerk for the Honorable Pascal F. Calogero, Jr., Chief Justice of the Louisiana Supreme Court. He is also a former claims adjuster with Liberty Mutual Insurance Company and football player with the New England Patriots.
