Joshua W. Christie




Josh has an active practice in both state and federal courts where he is experienced in representing corporate clients in a variety of matters. His railroad practice includes the defense of employee lawsuits arising under the Federal Employers’ Liability Act as well as the defense of grade-crossing accidents, derailments, and trespasser claims. He also handles various premises liability lawsuits against property owners, such as slip-and-fall accidents. Additionally, Josh has experience in defending employers against Title VII and state law claims of employment discrimination, sexual harassment, and retaliatory discharge. Josh handles matters from beginning to end and has achieved favorable results for clients at both the district court and appellate level.
