Bio

Kevin has a wide range of litigation experience handling matters arising out of industrial operations. He has defended clients in cases involving chronic and acute chemical exposures, product liability, premises liability, transportation accidents, business interruption, property damage, mass tort, and class actions. He has represented major corporations and trade associations in both state and federal courts, including as national coordinating counsel for a Fortune 500 company in the defense of legacy toxic tort cases.

Kevin has provided counsel to clients on the legal implications of their industrial hygiene, safety, and document retention policies, as well as press releases following catastrophic events. He has been a member of a client’s refinery crisis response team to interact with local and federal regulatory agency officials in the event of excessive air or water releases.

Kevin served on a trial team defending chemical companies and trade associations against claims of an industry-wide conspiracy to hide the health effects of vinyl chloride monomer, successfully defeating the claims on a national scale.
