Bio

Cat's focuses her practice on a variety of civil litigation matters, including representing clients in defense of claims in the areas of transportation, trucking, pharmaceutical and medical device, product liability, premises liability, and trials.

Recently, Cat successfully argued for national trucking company client in United States District Court for the Eastern District of Louisiana, and she currently serves as local counsel and member of the trial team for multiple national insurance companies.

Cat graduated cum laude from Louisiana State University Paul M. Hebert Law Center. While at LSU Law, she served in many roles, including Issue Editor for Volume 83 of the Louisiana Law Review, Vice President of Outreach & Fundraising for the Women in Law Student Association, 3L Class Representative for the Student Bar Association, and student ambassador for the law center. During that time, Cat also worked as an extern for the Honorable Chief Justice Shelly Dick at the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Louisiana during her time in law school.

Outside of the courtroom, Cat dedicates her time giving back to her community as a Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA). As an advocate, Cat acts as a voice for abused and neglected children living in foster care within Baton Rouge in an effort to bring stability and permanence to those most in need.
