Haley's practice is focused on various civil litigation matters in state and federal court. Her practice ranges from complex products liability litigation to scientific compliance and causation investigations. Her interests include the intersection of products liability, cybersecurity, and technology.

Haley works on all phases of litigation including discovery, motion practice, depositions, trial preparation, and trials. Including her time as a Loyola Rule XX student practitioner, Haley has successfully handled substantive civil and criminal matters requiring direct and cross-examination, the use of demonstrative evidence, and effectively negotiating to obtain her clients’ desired outcomes. Prior to law school, Haley was an investigator at the Louisiana Capital Appeals Project, which provides representation to capital defendants on direct appeal to the Louisiana Supreme Court and on certiorari to the United States Supreme Court.
