PROFILE
Brigid has represented major pharmaceutical clients in mass-tort multidistrict litigation in all phases of the litigation process, including discovery, motion practice, expert workup, and trial preparation. She has also monitored both pre-and post-recall investigations into product complaints. She works with experts in litigation-relevant disciplines and she prepares experts for deposition and trial. Before joining the firm, Brigid was a Judicial Clerk for Louisiana Supreme Court Justice Harry T. Lemmon for seven years and also served as in-house counsel for two major insurance companies.
