PROFILE
Kim concentrates her practice on personal injury defense and products liability for corporate clients and insurance companies. She has extensive experience in insurance defense, product liability, toxic torts, and mass-tort litigation. Kim develops teams of experts in litigation-relevant scientific disciplines and prepares team members for deposition and trial testimony. She serves as international, national, regional, and local expert coordinator and as counsel on relevant scientific issues.
