Matt is an experienced trial lawyer, based in our Baton Rouge office, who focuses his practice on defending personal injury claims from the basic to the complex case, including such areas as automotive and trucking accidents, products liability, premises liability, insurance, bad faith, and general liability. He has served as lead trial counsel in numerous jury and bench trials throughout the State of Louisiana. He frequently is retained immediately upon the occurrence of an emergency or catastrophic event. He and his team are experienced in managing the risks; responding to the scene of an event to secure and preserve the relevant evidence; and engaging experts and criminal counsel when needed. Matt has earned a reputation as an experienced and capable trial attorney who will go the distance thereby earning the respect among the plaintiffs’ bar which frequently benefits his clients.
