Melissa G. Tokar

As the Chief Administrative Officer, Melissa works closely with the firm leadership to guide the strategic vision for Irwin Fritchie and leads the staff in accomplishing the goals of the clients. Melissa has worked in the legal world for over 20 years with legal management experience across multiple sized law firms.

She has extensive experience in operations, human resource management, and strategic management. Melissa has been active in both the National Association of Legal Administrators and in local leadership in both the New Orleans and Louisville chapters.
