Richard E. McCormack




Richard concentrates his practice on labor and employment and insurance defense. He serves as regional and local counsel for corporate and individual clients as well as general educational institutions. Richard represents employers both in federal and state courts and before federal and state administrative agencies in matters involving employment discrimination, sexual harassment, civil rights, contract disputes, ERISA, the Americans with Disabilities Act, and the Family & Medical Leave Act. He also has extensive experience in the defense of life and disability insurance claims.
