Bio
Katie defends clients in state and federal courts with a focus on transportation, trucking, premises liability, and general insurance claims. Katie is experienced in all phases of litigation from depositions, experts, and all stages of trials. Additionally, Katie has experience with medical malpractice, workers’ compensation, civil rights litigation and governmental entity defense, including Section 1983 claims.
