Bio
Madison’s practice encompasses several practice areas, including insurance defense, complex commercial litigation, and products liability. She is admitted to practice before all state and federal courts in Louisiana, as well as the Supreme Court of the United States.
During the course of her legal career, Madison has participated in several multiweek jury trials defending medical device and pharmaceutical manufacturers in state and federal court. Madison has prepared experts for deposition and trial testimony in a variety of disciplines, including pathology, orthopedic surgery, toxicology, and geology.
Madison received her law degree cum laude from the University of Michigan, where she served as a Notes Editor for the Michigan Telecommunications and Technology Law Review. She was also a Research Assistant to Professor Michael Barr, who now serves on the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System.
