Patrick Bollman

Patrick's practice focuses his practice on a variety of civil litigation matters, including representing clients in defense of claims in the areas of environmental & toxic tort, asbestos litigation, insurance, product liability, and casualty. He works on all phases of litigation including discovery, motion practice, depositions, trial preparation, and trials.

Prior to joining Irwin Fritchie, Patrick gained extensive experience as a litigation associate by representing clients in commercial litigation matters, such as legal malpractice, breach of contract, antitrust, civil rights, and unfair trade practice cases. He has also represented attorneys providing counsel regarding various ethical issues pertaining to the Louisiana Rules of Professional Conduct.

Patrick graduated magna cum laude from Tulane Law School. During his tenure, Patrick was a member of the Order of the Coif and Tulane Law Review, and he served as the head coach of the Mock Trial Team during his 3L year. Patrick also won the 2018 Tulane Law School Intraschool Mock Trial Competition (class of 2019) and the 2019 Louisiana State Bar Association Civil Law Award.

A native of New Orleans, Patrick attended Clemson University in Clemson, South Carolina, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in History with a minor in Business Administration. After graduating, Patrick returned to New Orleans and taught civics and coached softball for three years at Dominican High School.

Patrick remains active in the legal community by serving as a member of the Board of Directors for the Federal Bar Association—Young Lawyers Division.
