Bio
Laura specializes in representing clients involved in civil litigation cases in both state and federal courts with a primary focus on defending against toxic tort and asbestos claims. She is extensively involved in all aspects of litigation, including removal, discovery, motion practice, expert workup, depositions, trial preparation, and trial itself.
At Irwin Fritchie, Laura builds and manages teams of expert witnesses for toxic tort and asbestos litigation cases, including epidemiologists, medical doctors, and industrial hygienists. She prepares the experts for developing their reports, providing depositions, and testifying at trial. Additionally, she handles defending expert witnesses during depositions and motions to exclude or limit expert witness testimony.
