Bio
Gabrielle has a diverse practice with a focus on defending product manufacturers in individual and mass-tort actions, including in the medical device, pharmaceutical, chemical, and consumer-product industries, and railroads in railroad-crossing accidents, claims under the Federal Employers’ Liability Act, trespasser incidents, and derailments. With extensive experience in all phases of litigation—from pre-suit investigations to trials—she excels in fact-finding, discovery, expert and fact witness preparation, depositions, motion practice, and trial preparation.
Presently, Gabrielle serves as counsel for an international pharmaceutical manufacturer and several international and national railroads. She also serves on trial teams throughout the country defending a major consumer products manufacturer in herbicide litigation and several medical device manufacturers in hip implant litigation.
Gabrielle is extensively involved in several national and local legal organizations, serving on committees within the Defense Research Institute (DRI), the Federal Bar Association, the Louisiana Bar Foundation, the New Orleans Bar Association, and the St. Thomas More Inn of Court. Gabrielle’s commitment to service extends beyond the legal realm, as evidenced by her involvement with organizations such as the Young Leadership Council where she acts as a Project Leader for the PowerTies program, a career readiness initiative bringing New Orleans professionals and 8th-grade students together to dive into enriching conversations about career preparation and business etiquette.
Prior to joining the firm, Gabrielle served as a Law Clerk for the Honorable Carl J. Barbier at the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Louisiana. Gabrielle graduated from Loyola University New Orleans College of Law, where she ranked in the top 1% of her class, and she was inducted into the Order of Barristers and received the Crowe Scholar Award. During her time at Loyola Law, Gabrielle was the Chair of the Moot Court program, the National Team Coach, and the First Amendment Team Brief Writer and Oralist.
