David is an integral part of the trial team, serving as the lead brief writer for appellate briefs and writs. He has extensive experience drafting complex motions, federal court removals, Daubert motions, and jury charges and appeals. David practices in the areas of complex litigation, environmental and toxic tort, products liability, business litigation, and pharmaceutical and medical device litigation.
