PROFILE
John is an experienced personal injury and property damage litigator, primarily in the areas of products liability, construction, and insurance coverage. He has defended product manufacturers in litigation involving pharmaceutical and over-the-counter medications, consumer products, medical devices, industrial machinery, synthetic stucco, and tankless water heaters. In the insurance coverage field, he advises and defends insurers in coverage litigation and direct action cases. John has also defended premises liability claims, environmental and toxic tort actions, and claims against medical laboratories. He has a long history of representing termite and pest control companies. John is the firm’s member in charge of pro bono services.
